Growing up in upstate New York, only a short train ride from the city, Luca was raised surrounded by all things creative. From painting to industrial design, he has always found the art of making essential to his everyday life. When setting intentions for his career path, Luca believed architecture to be a wholistic application of his tendency to design at every scale. This belief remains true today, after 5 years pursuing his Bachelor of Architecture at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, working as an intern, lab technician, and research assistant.

After graduating with his degree, Luca found himself with local relatives in Carbondale, Colorado, where he spent many childhood summers. Cherishing the endless beauty of the Roaring Fork Valley, and deeply inspired by both historical and contemporary vernacular architecture in the area, he sought his first post-graduate position here, taking a role within the F&M team.

When Luca is not in the office, you may find him building furniture, sketching outdoors, fishing, or riding a bike
