F&M worked with Valley View Hospital’s Rehabilitative Services Department to design a new 4,000 SF Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in Carbondale CO.  The project was a tenant improvement of a previously unoccupied space in a newly constructed building in the Carbondale Marketplace development and filled in a void of service coverage for VVH between Basalt and Glenwood Springs.  The project a combination of a large gym space with numerous machines and supplementary equipment for rehab as well as several private rooms for individualized therapy support for hands, occupational and speech.
